This is a role for someone who can stay close to the floor when needed, but also step into the work behind the scenes, including planning, communication, compliance, team routines and follow-through. What you'll be doing • Support daily venue operations across bar, bistro, gaming, sports bar and retail • Lead shifts with confidence and keep service standards consistent • Support team performance, communication and day-to-day direction • Maintain presentation, compliance and customer service standards across the venue • Assist with rostering, stock, cash control and operational routines • Work closely with the Venue Manager to improve team structure, service flow and venue performance What we're looking for • Experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally in a pub, hotel or multi-outlet venue • Confidence leading teams and making decisions during busy service periods • Strong communication, organisation and follow-through • A practical leadership style with the ability to support people and hold accountability • Availability to work a mix of days, nights and weekends • Current RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager licence are essential About Parklands Tavern Located in Meridan Plains on the Sunshine Coast, Parklands Tavern is a busy community venue close to Caloundra's beaches, growing residential areas and key local access routes.
